Living in New York for 6 years Trader Joe’s became my go-to for groceries. Since I was there so often and loved their food products, I found myself venturing into some of their beauty products. Some may not know, but Trader Joe’s does have a line of their beauty products and also carries some brands you are all familiar with. So don’t skip past the beauty section, it’s a small but mighty section!
Last week I had the pleasure of visiting the St. Ives pop up mixing bar. It was such a great experience, and I need you all to put it on your summer list. Who doesn’t love a customized face scrub to target your personal needs? You can get all of this for just $12, and this jar will last you months! Once you enter, it’s a very interactive experience from the beginning. You have the option to pick a lotion or a face scrub.
I opted to get the face scrub but will be back for the body lotion.

I am the WORST at packing for trips! Somehow I always leave it to the last-minute and always end up over packing. I have mastered the art of packing the essentials when it comes to beauty. Whether it is a short trip or long trip, carry on or checked luggage I always make sure I have these items with me. I’m not saying I only pack 10 beauty items (if that’s you please share your list, because that is still impossible for me at this time), but I always make sure I have these 10 items with me.
