It’s the most wonderful time of the year! That’s right it’s the month of giving and we only have a couple of weeks left to get those gifts off your list. I thought it would be great to put together a gift guide for that foodie lover in your life and or makeup Junkie. This week I am partnering with one of my girlfriends Janelle (Follow her on Instagram) who is a LOVER of beauty. This girl slays on a daily and has an impressive makeup collection. We both share our obsession with beauty and are constantly sharing tips with each other. So here we are to bring you your holiday gift guide for the foodie and beauty addict in your life. Let us take the stress out of thinking of what gifts to get everyone. I know the holidays can really put you on a budget, but not to worry we are offering you some items that won’t burn a hole in your pocket. If money isn’t an issue we have got you covered as well with items that you can splurge on.

Wondering what to get that foodie lover, look at the options below
Budget ($60 and under):
- Silicon Baking Mats:This is a great gift for any level type of cooker. These mats are so cheap but will last you such a long time. It’s great for baking, and basically, anything that needs to go inside the oven.
- Zester: I always thought a zester was a nice to have accessory, but as I started to cook more this is definitely an essential. Guilty as charged; I use to always skip the zest of lemon or orange, but it really adds something special to your dish. Plus this is great for shredding cheese and added it to your favorite dishes.
- The Seasoned Life & Cookbook Stand: I love this cookbook…and I have made a couple recipes so far, and each of them turns out great. These are simple recipes that anyone can be able to recreate. This cookbook doesn’t sit flat on the counter so adding in a cookbook stand that also protects the pages is the perfect companion.
- Dutch Oven: 17 reasons why you need this dutch oven. At least this is what drove me to purchase this…one pot meal wonders are easy. I personally hate cooking with many dishes and this dutch oven makes cooking a breeze.
- Kitchen Torch and Ramekin: Once you have this kitchen torch you will see how easy it is to make Creme Brulee, meringue pie, and my favorite quick s’mores.
Splurge ($60 +):
6. Sous Vide: If Santa is watching this is the gift I am saving up to get! I have seen many videos of people using a Sous Vide and everything just turns out perfect e v e r y t i m e. This particular one from Chef Steps is called the Joule and is nice, compact, and controlled by a user-friendly app. Who wouldn’t like to make a perfect steak or juicy chicken all the time! This is a little pricey, but I can already tell this is so worth it!
7. Wine of the Month: The gift that keeps on giving. Who doesn’t like to open up a gift every month? This is a perfect gift for anyone who enjoys a glass of wine with their delicious meals.
8. Kitchen Aid: Is a great gift to buy for that baker in your life if they don’t have one already. This is a big investment, but I don’t have anything bad to say about my Kitchen Aid Mixer as it really changed the baking game for me. This mixer comes in so many colors to help add that nice pop of color to any kitchen, and plus there are so many different attachments that you can add on to make this something you use every day.
9. Vitamix S55 Personal Blender: This is one of the best brands when it comes to blenders, and it is a great value since it is half the price(since it is a smaller size compared to the regular blender). Great for making smoothies, soups, and everything in between.
10. Tea Maker: Perfect gift for the avid tea drinker. This can brew 3 different types of teas (Green Tea, Herbal Tea, and Black Tea) in under 10 minutes and keeps the pot warm for a whole hour.

Budget ($60 and under):
- Birchbox:Not sure what to get the makeup lover in your life? This year, ditch the boring gift card and instead pick up a beauty subscription box like Birchbox. Choose between the 3 month, 6 month and 9 month options and every month, he/she will receive at least 5 beauty samples.
- Sheet Masks:The Korean skincare trend really took off in 2016 and it isn’t stopping now! Sheet masks are a great way to hydrate and replenish your skin since they are packed with nutrients and vitamins. This set is a great way to sample different types of masks at a fairly reasonable price.
- Makeup bags are essential for both organizing your stash at home and while on the road. My personal favorite for makeup bags is from the Sonia Kashuk line available at Target. Every season, Sonia Kashuk comes out with new fun prints in various sizes and I have to resist buying them all. I’ve had my bag for over 2 years now and I can attest that the item is very durable.
- Brushes: In order to have a flawless makeup application, you need to have the right tools! And while brushes can often be pricey, Real Techniques is an affordable option with great quality. Start out with these five piece set and then add other items from their line like the Starter Set for eyes and the Complexion Sponge.
- Lipstick Set: There is no such thing as too many lipsticks…at least that’s what I say! This NYX Liquid Suede Lip Cream Vault is a great way for makeup lovers to try out an array of lipstick colors without committing to the full-size price for each of them. What I love most about this formula is that while it performs like a typical liquid lipstick, it doesn’t dry out the lips. My personal favorite shades are Vintage and Kitten Heels.
Splurge ($60 +)
6.Perfume: Choosing fragrances for another person can often be tricky but this perfume sampler set removes the guesswork. After trying all of the sample perfumes, the user gets to redeem a full-size item from the set. With this many options, you’re sure to find a scent you enjoy.
7.Makeup Brush Cleaner: For those of us with tons of makeup brushes, you know just how annoying it is to clean all of your brushes at once. But behold the answers to your prayers…a machine that does the work for you! Save time and effort with this automatic makeup brush cleaner and never run out of clean brushes again.
8.Mirror: Every makeup vanity needs to have a good quality magnifying mirror. Get up close and personal during your makeup application with this Simple Human mirror that self-adjusts the lighting as you step towards it.
9.Fask Mask: There are tons of masks on the market these days and for good reason. Face masks can really work wonders for your skin, whether it is acne-prone, dry, dull, or discolored. This set from Peter Thomas Roth is awesome because it contains a mask for nearly every skin concern. If you have oily skin like me, give the Irish Moor Mud Purifying mask a try.
