I LOVE cooking but hate spending hours upon hours in the kitchen. Whenever I am able to make quick meals that have loads of flavor, and minimal dishes I get too excited! This recipe uses ingredients that are simple to find if you don’t already own them. Since I am such a lover of 1 pan dishes my Pinterest board usually has a few of these 1 pan dishes that gives me inspiration to the meals I create.
This chicken is seasoned with Italian Seasoning Dressing Season Pack, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce(which I will forever mispronounce), a dash of soy sauce, and basic seasonings (I like to season my chicken with pepper & garlic powder)
I was able to pair this meal with my honey balsamic carrots and some brown rice. Another quick tip. When you have no time to cook any rice the rice medley from Trader Joes can do no wrong. The 3 pack includes brown rice, red rice, and black barely, and will run you about 3-4 dollars per box. All you have to do is pop them in the microwave for about 3 minutes, and let it cool then you have perfect rice every single time. Under 40 minutes and you have a great meal that you can have for dinner or lunch!

5-ish Ingredient Chicken
Delicious Chicken that uses only 5 ingredients and 1 pan!
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breast flattened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 (0.7) ounces package Italian dressing mix
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- dash of pepper & garlic powder lightly season chicken
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil ( this makes for an easy cleanup! )

Place Chicken in a zip lock bag and lightly pound to flatten out each patty. Season lightly with pepper & garlic powder

Combine brown sugar and Italian dressing mix. Coat both sides of chicken with mixture.

Mix soy sauce & Worcestershire sauce and add to pan make sure to coat chicken.

Bake for about 20 minutes. Then turn the oven on broil for HIGH. Broil chicken until brown sugar caramelizes, about 1 to 2 minutes. Watch it carefully so it doesn't burn! Enjoy, pair with brown rice & veggie of choice.
